Christians often like to quote Ephesians 2:15 and Colossians 2:14 to try to make the claim that when Yeshua died on the tree that the Torah was nailed to the cross. Is this the correct interpretation of these verses? Both these verses contain the word, "ordinances" in the KJV. In Greek, the word is "dogma". A dogma is the decrees, philosophies and rulings of fleshly people in authority who try to impose their views upon others. It is the views and thoughts of the minds of men who oppose the Torah of the God of Israel. In other words, Paul is explaining that it is man's sins and the ways of the flesh which was nailed to the cross not the Torah. What did Paul mean when he said, the "letter kills but the spirit gives life"? This and many more things will be covered in this teaching. (2 DVD's)

In this teaching, we also examine 2 Corinthians 3:6 which says that the "letter kills but the spirit gives life". The letter which kills is sometimes interpreted by Christians to mean the Torah kills but the Holy Spirit gives life. What was Paul's message in 2 Corinthians chapter 3? Paul was teaching that when we minister to others that we are to do so not by the letter of the Torah (stony heart) which is fleshly and carnal but with the spirit of the Torah (heart of flesh) which is the Torah written upon our heart through the indwelling Holy Spirit (Jeremiah 31:33, Ezekiel 36:26-27, Hebrews 8:10). This is the New Covenant in Yeshua the Messiah.
