Yeshua created the heavens and the earth. The purpose of creation is that Yeshua would have a Bride that He will dwell with forever in the New Jerusalem. The marriage of Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden is a prophetic foreshadowing of Yeshua’s marriage to His Bride (Ephesians 5:31-32). Yeshua married His Bride, the house of Jacob, at mount Sinai. In doing so, Yeshua’s Bride promised to follow His Torah. However, Yeshua’s Bride became unfaithful to Him by worshiping the golden calf. In the land of Israel, she worshiped Baal and Ashtoreth. As a result, Yeshua exiled His Bride into the nations of the world. Rather than having a permanent separation, Yeshua wanted a reconciled and restored relationship with His Bride. This would happen through the new covenant where Yeshua’s Torah would be written upon her heart by the Holy Spirit. Through the Holy Spirit, she can live a resurrected life and produce the Fruit of the Spirit. In doing so, she will be able to live forever with Him in the New Jerusalem.
